They never answer the phone. What's the point of having a number to call when no one answers, no one calls back? You only get someone with the city when it relates to moneys owed to the city - revenue is always available smh

I can not get through AT ALL press#3 get hung up on - press another key - rings and says no one is available to answer -hangs up. WTH Philadelphia?!

i have been trying to get through to respond to my summons for almost a half hour and every time i get hung up on, a busy signal, or NOTHING. I cannot find the survey I completed and it won't let me figure out how to find my number online.. making it EXTREMELY HARD to get through and get this thing done that if I don't I'll be fined for. I figured it out eventually through google, thanks google. but seriously you should make your site more accessible or clearer. I know it may be simple for the people that work there but for people like me who avoid those places it's not simple.

The phone system is the worst! I've been trying to call the county clerk. They dont have an extension going straight to that office. They dont have any type of real help. Just an automatic system that hangs up on people. If I could leave a negative rateing I would . yall suck . fix it. It doesn't surprise me really that this system sucks. Its ran by the government.
