Guess they still don't like picking up the phones
never answer their phones...don't bother
The Prothonotary's Office is impossible to contact. I tried a few times. They allow the phone to ring and then disconnect your call. I got a judgment against someone. I will have to waste my time going into the City and paying for parking, just to make sure that the judgment is satisfied. It is absolutely ludicrous that the website is not more friendly to non-attorneys so judgments can be taken care of online. The Philadelphia Court System is in shambles!
They really just don't answer you :/
