Can't praise Jo-Ann Moss enough! We recently flew to Australia for 2 days, then took a 9-day cruise around New Zealand. Jo-Ann took care of all the arrangements to include flights, cruise details, excursions, hotel room & our Hop-on-Hop off tour. She also let us know which Visas we needed to get and how to get them. She went far above & beyond our expectations with all her attention to details. We have used her services in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Jo-Ann saved us so much money we were able to invite the entire family! Our kids really had a good time. I took so many pictures I'm still sorting them out! The dining was excellent and so were the shows. Jo-Ann's attention to detail was great, from suggesting the best cabin locations, explaining how things worked on board, and how to get the best excursions on land. She made it really easy. We're going to do it again.

I recently decided to take a Mother/Daughter cruise for the first time with my teenage daughter and had some pretty specific ideas of what I wanted. My time frame was VERY short!
