I called to get some advice about an anniversary trip for my husband and I. I wanted to make an appointment to go in and discuss some options, but she told me we needed to start with email. Then she complained that I didn't give her enough information, and she didn't have time to research multiple possible destinations. She was short and abrupt on the phone - not friendly at all - and then rude in her 2 emails to me. Mentioned about 6 times that she was very busy and didn't have time to do all that research. That wasn't even what I was asking for - I wanted to have a short discussion, get some questions answered, so we could decide on a destination, and THEN start the research on the details. Really poor customer service.
