Had a great time with the staff. There issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Thank all of you so much.

The lady's who worked with me were very pleasant, an efficient, made me feel safe in the way they cleaned after each person.

Really quick. Nice not to hear people complaining about it being slow.

I had an overall good experience. The wait wasn't too bad. The last lady I was sent to was so very nice and helpful. It wasn't crowded. Only thing that's weird is the chairs don't face the employees, your back does. They make you look at a wall. Not sure what that's about but it's not cool which is why 4 stars. Other than that, I will definitely go there again. No problem at all. Met some nice people to chat to while waiting!

I had an appt and when I went in they told me and another gentalmen that our apartments were on different days. So I tried to explain that her system messed up why would we both show up on the wrong day . she would not have a conversation with me she just said I have to work and slammed the door in my face. Tried calling multiple times to talk with a manager with no answer. Very Rude.
