This company started banging metal construction work on a pool at our neighbors house at 6am - had to even light up their workspace because it was dark, and waking up the 3 kids in my home. When I told them it was unacceptable the gentleman told me to call the office, which I did with no call back. The team was rude and had absolutely NO respect for a residential workspace. I have a pool, need work on it and would absolutely never use this group who doesn't care about the neighborhoods they are doing work in.

In typical fashion with most contractors if you don't use their subs they tend to leave you hanging with little to no information on what needs to be completed. Always call your sub first when problems arise because not BM fault until your subs prove otherwise. Also if going with a salt pool note that you have to purchase ALL the chemicals for the period of time between chlorine and salt which is at least a month. During that month the pool will consume chemicals at a crazy rate. Those are not included and came as a bit of a surprise. In general service was good. Jim for sure their best guy is solid. Pool turned out nice. Few glitches due to lack of communication but otherwise a good looking and functioning pool.

Blue Mountain Pools recently installed a 9x9 spa in my backyard. Roy, the owner worked with me on the outer design and interior coatings, as though it was placed in his own backyard. All of the Blue Mountain Pools employees were very professional and courteous throughout the process of construction. the most impressive part of the installation was the follow-up on Blue Mountain's part to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my spa. I truly enjoy sitting in my spa, and just relaxing with my family and friends...Rick

Blue Mountain Pools built a beautiful 20 x 40 foot gunite pool for me. I really can't say enought about how excellent they were in terms of quality, schedule, communication, etc. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years, including having built a 5,000 sf home, and Roy and his crew at Blue Mountain Pools set the standard for me by which I compare other contractors. So far no one has surpassed them. Seriously. They are not a large company and when they are busy you may have to wait. But it will be worth it.
