Excellence all the way! I needed to have my Oregon Hot Springs Spa removed as I no longer was using it. I knew it was going to be a challenge because my deck had been built around the Hot Tub. The two employees who came out made the whole process look effortless. From the moment they came to when they left, it was handled so professionally. Even my first initial contact withe company was top notch. You normally would think this would not be a fun process to go through, but if you have Pacific Hot Tub Solutions handle it for you, it comes pretty darn close. Kudos to the two fellows who came out to my house. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.nn11-5-2020 UPDATE: This company is superb!! I was so thankful when they professionally removed my hot tub. Today, a surprise in the mail came. My Hot Tub was sold and as promised, the check was enclosed. I simply can not recommend them more highly to you. A very rare wonderful company. A huge thank you to Kim for all of her help!
We'd tried to get our hot tub removed and everybody we contacted ended up flaking or couldn't do it. The three guys from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions showed up exactly on time, were friendly and professional, and carefully extracted our giant hot tub out of our yard safely and efficiently. It was windy and hailing outside that day and they didn't complain once. Highly recommend this company. Thanks!

I would give 0 stars if able. They rip you off don’t delivery all the products you pay for and then ignore your call. I spent 3500 on a 2000 hot tub that they didn’t even completely restore or bring the whole setup. Do not get robbed here. Terrible people! The owner was so happy I paid in cash he knew right off the bat how bad he was getting over on me. I repeat do not trust these people! Need to be reported to the better business bureau immediately before they hustle anymore innocent people.
I had a good experience with Scott 10 years ago fixing our hot tub so we decided to come in and see what he had for sale? Bought a really nice Vita spa with the chemical free option and we couldn't be happier. I went to Scott because he built this company from the ground up and he is, in my eyes, the best hot tub professional in town!
