Berlin Borough Municipal Court

Very terrible. Went with my son for a simple traffic ticket. I have worked for the courts for a long time and this is outrageous. First the attitude between employees and civilians is terrible. Theyre over charging, Spanish people was seeing the prosecutor without an interpreter, and charging them. I had a serious doctor's appointment to go to because of my cancer , and she tried to make my son stay instead of take me. We waited almost all day just to get the time payment done and she still wouldn't take me until the very end. She needs to transfer like every other judge does. Rotate and leave with all the other none colored people working there. Because there is little to none. I'm very disturbed on how they have no one interpreting, and no one is saying anything. Never in all the courts I've been in , have I seen something so disgraceful. I seen the judge give a slap on the wrist to a white kid , then a older black gentlemen. And this is an under the oath job, she agreed to treat everyone fairly. She will soon be reported. Trust and believe we all have a higher up to report too

Got there at 9am and still waiting online standing up just to see the prosecutor. It is almost noon. Horrible service. Attorneys walk in and out, is that the rule? You get an attorney you move quicker? Is that fair for those that cannot afford an attorney from the get go?

The Juge krisden Crink ie racist..her duty as Judge I seen her look for whatever she can find to prosecute spcefically blacks or lightskin people.She was not a fair type judge for this hick tiwn..the court very unorganized..when coming in for court.They do to much with the little people that come there for court.The bunch seem prejudice type atmosphere..the way its ran..and the Judge attitude..the prosecutor looks dressed from the Green mile..real hick type atmosphere..and there petty..lokking to lock up anyone..and create cases.Sad that theres a place as such as this if u sit and waych the Judge....they just looking to get money and prosecute for things that are not even that serious.
