Long wait to get in but when I got in was like 20 minutes
Best NJ DMV experience I’ve ever had. I went on Senior Citizens hours on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised at the whole operation. No wait what so ever. The manager and employees were extremely nice and very helpful. And it wasn’t just to me. I heard several folks go back when they we done and make a point to compliment the staff.
First off I understand these are difficult times. The gentlemen working the door are clueless. The lead had his mask down most of the time. Bad. Next year have no idea where to start. Signs would help. Once inside they send you to seats. They are six feet apart but not cleaned between settings. Plan on two hours start to finish just for a registration renewal.
The staff was very efficient, and friendly. Be there very early to avoid delays during covid.
I got to the dmv at 7:30 am and didn’t get done till around 12:30 pm. However I don’t have a single complaint! All of the staff was super nice and helpful. I can only imagine how stressful their job is right now, but with everything going on, they made me feel safe. Do your research, have your stuff ready, expect to wait awhile, but keep a good attitude and these guys will take care of you!
