While the shopping experience is wonderful. Repair and proper communication is unfortunately lacking. We purchased an item that needed repair/sizing, at the point of sale, we were given the estimated return date. The date came and past and there hasn’t been proper communication explaining the status or reasoning behind the delay. Not sure I would recommend this store and service to others.

Just five days before our wedding, my fiance tried on his wedding band that we had bought here earlier and it didn't fit! I immediately called the store and asked if they had the same ring in the next size up. I explained to the man, that we loved the ring but it didn't fit and were getting married in just a few days. He checked and said that he had it and he would set it aside for us. We drove right over, they exchanged the ring for us, cleaned it and saved our important day for us! They did a great job! No questions asked, and we were very grateful for the man's time and effort. Ty!

Jessica Cordero made our experience exceptional! She was so kind and professional, but what really blew me away was how personable she was. She remembered details from a previous conversation (about my engagement ring being my late grandmother's) even though well over a week had passed. She also eased all of my concerns about sending out my rings for resizing and walked me through the whole process. If you are looking at rings for the first time, this is the woman you want to see, trust me!nnThe ring we purchased for our wedding band is absolutely stunning. Both of the rings that we sent out to be resized arrived sooner than we expected and look flawless. I would absolutely recommend!

Horrible customer service. I called, line busy. No problem, I wait a minute and call back. Someone picks up the phone and hangs it up immediately. I call a third time, no response until the line dies. If you don't want to handle phone calls, don't list a phone number for your store.

Sales staff was professional and courteous and helped my fiancee and I pick out and buy the perfect wedding band set for my wedding. Big big thanks to Juliane for all the help and time you spent with us, we appreciate all you do
