Staff was friendly. Greeted walking in and a have a nice day on my way out. The shirt I bought on clearance actually turned out 90% cheaper than I thought

Forever 21... y’all have to do better as a whole. This is disgusting! The manager told us she makes employees stay late to clean... this needs to be replenished throughout the day, not at the end of the night!

I usually just shop here for leggings, jeans and shorts. Sometimes there's a dress that looks adorable on me, but leggings priced right are my main goal,and they're always there,so this is my go to place for that. Today I was looking for shorts, and they didn't have my size, but at the register we were able to order them online and have them shipped to the store. I'm glad they offered to check online, but they aren't usually so helpful. Maybe this is a look to the future of this location for Forever 21?

Had a great selection. Prices varied but also had clearance racks. Had a boys dept and a women's plus size.
