Went to Kay today looking for wedding bands and almost 3 hours later left with a new bridal set for me and 2 wedding bands for my fiancee. Anne was AMAZING!!!! She was so patient with me and so sweet! There were so many customers in the store and she stayed focused on us the entire 3 hours. I'll definitely be going back to Kay and Anne for all my jewelry needs. Would definitely recommend asking for her if you want a caring, patient and helpful jeweler.

I was smiling from ear to ear with the experience I had with Marconi, he was Wonderful. He was Kind, Sincere, Very Excited about his job, and was Eager to help :) Time well spent with Marconi at Kay Jewelers and his optimistic attitude :) :)

Suzanne was great.. I still hate you for spending way more than I wanted but it was a beautiful piece and she really knew her stuff when it came to birth stones, minerals, rarity and ect.. the piece she helped me with was beautiful and upgraded the chain.. thank you again, she had alot going on at the time I walked in but still managed to help me, get me in and out in a timely fashion , clean my piece and box it beautifully.. thanks again and have a winderfull xmas..n11/22nStore slip. 2330/032494nnSuzanne, you were awesome for being patient, got me to spend alot more money than I wanted to.. but it was well worth, your attitude and sincerity was amazing, and the woman I got this for is definitely not the lucky one, I certainly am.. thanks again for making this holiday great.
