I went in to exchange an item, I had my kids with me so after looking around for a few minutes being distracted by them, I asked how long I had to exchange. They said since I had the receipt, really no time limit, but don't wait longer than a year.l Cool, no biggie. Fast forward a month and I return. At this point I'm greeted by a an older lady with blonde hair who started giving me grief for not exchanging it sooner. I explained that I was in previously & was told I had time. This woman proceeds to make a big deal about making an exception this once. I ended up leaving, the selection was poor, and exchanging it in Philly (& spent more $$$). If you have the option, go to the Walnut Street store in Philly, they were wonderful & didn't say a word about the exchange time.

Excel dental is VERY unprofessional and unorganized I made an appointment a week prior to going for my self and son arrived on time and was told my insurance did not cover what i needed done.. that was not the problem I asked why the didnt call and inform me of this and was told I was on my way they would tell me then..being I drove 15 miles to see the denist!!! so with that I canceled both appointments standing there in the lobby and left

The sales reps have always been nice , but not happy with always feeling like I'm not thier system every time I visit. I had jewelry stolen once And went there for receipts to help with a claim. They had most of what I bought on file . I go back and neither my wife and I are in the file. I've given them good business too. I would also go about trying to push people to sign up online while at the register. Odd because could of sworn I did already.
