Immediately after they applied the asphalt coating it started pealing and within 6 months it looked worse than it did before they applied the coating. Keep in mind that this parking lot has really low traffic. I asked them to come out and inspect and they told me it wasn't their fault or problem. I was told to repave my 20 year old parking lot and start over. Poor customer service and poor prep work. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

This company won't warranty their shabby work, though the law says they must for 1 year. The owner even manufactures the sealcoat they use under a different company name. File a CCB complaint or take them to court.

This company has ZERO regard for customer service. They used a blower to blow dirt and leaves all over my clean windows and porch.
