There are some librarians that are helpful and approachable but there are those that do not show any good customer service skills. There needs to be an area separate for the youth to use the computers because they are very loud and playful. Especially for those that are trying to do job searches, resumes and are just there to take care of business. The fans are inappropriate with the odor that permeates from these youths. Overall I like going there with my children

Go there to take out movies and books. Use computer for various reasons. Sometimes take kids also enjoyable
I think it gotten a little better over the years. The employees are respectful. Summertime is the worst, kids blare out of school so there's no computers. & it's not like the kids are making use of it, they be on social media and play games. That annoys me. These children should not have social media if they don't have a cellular phone. They should do something more educational like reading a book. It wouldn't hurt! Another thing, they finally put a fan inside of the computer's room. Cause it use to be hot & funky.
