Dimitre is the best in the business when it comes to Rolex, I had the best experience ever. He was very knowledgeable and provided EXCELLENT customer service. As I waited for my watch to be customized in front of me, he educated me on things about Rolex that I was not aware of. I would ONLY recommend Dimitre's IceFire Jewelry for all of your Rolex needs.
I went to Dimitre to get my Rolex repaired and I had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Rolex and explained to me the different things that could stop it from working. He also explained to me that on pre-owned items there's usually no warranty but he allows you to purchase one from him so I can come back and get my Rolex serviced for little to no cost extra. I'll definitely be making him my official jeweler.
