I give them of rating of zero out of 5 stars, the lady with the blonde hair has poor customer service, they give you a date when to pick your items up, but don't honor it. It's terrible I don't recommend this merchant to anybody. I waited months for my pieces.

Paid for resizing a ring, came back a week later to pick up, after I was told it was ready, from me contacting them. I ended up getting charged again to get the resized ring back. Told me that they used real “rose gold” to resized the ring to make it fit tighter, when I wasn’t even notified about other options to begin with. Shady business, don’t recommend Exotic diamond to anyone looking for service here. Try somewhere else.
