It’s actually Tina , Johns wife lol. I brought my grandson in to pick out a birthday present for his mommy. Allen and Phil took great care of us as usual. They are patient and knowledgeable about all their items. They taught my grandson and I about the piece we bought for his mommy. Thank You again for being the Nicest and kindest guys ever. Kotter and Mund is a class-A jewelry store and repair shop with class-A ownership!nnI've brought in several vintage watches for repair and I've always been happy with the shops work.nnThey also take scrap gold and coins and I've always been given a fair price whenever I've come in.nnThe best thing for me about the shop is their honesty. I've had a few things that were worth less than I thought and they told me why. They explained why it wasn't what I thought it was and what to look for if I have something like that again. Go there you won't be disappointed!
Allen was extremely helpful and nice to deal with, would definitely recommend for anything jewelry!
