Horrible experience, says they are open till 2pm and take last appointment at 145. We arrived at 130 had everything we needed to fill out the application and have our photos taken. The person in front of us who even already had his application filled out at 130 was turned away. We were told if we could fill out our paperwork on 10 minutes they would do it. They gave us only 5 minutes after wasting almost 5 minutes just arguing with us before even giving us the paperwork. They were very rude to many of the people there. When I read off what their website said about what time they take their last appointment they told me I must be reading off of another website.

Google says the passport office opens at 8, but actually opens at 9. However this was the best passport experience our family has had. They can take the pictures there and we were in and out in about 20 minutes.

Quick and easy if you cross your T's and dot your I's.

They say they close at 2 PM on Friday but won't take you if you arrive at 1:50. They should then say that they close at 1:45 so you don't make the drive there for nothing.
