My dog ran away about a year ago.This shelter had my dog for about a week.I went up to this shelter everyday they told me they had no little dogs.Come to find out they did have my dog there for about a week.The same day my dog was lost someone dropped her to the shelter .I even gave them a picture of what the dog looked like but they still said the dog wasn't there.When they finally called me 7 days later to pick her up the release forms said she was dropped off there the same day she was lost , but yet I was told a lie saying they had no dogs they looked like that dropped off.I just paid my fee and left.I had to pay for everyday the dog was at the shelter and didn't have to be.They need to communicate better when it comes to people searching for there pets.
My father and mother applied to adopt dogs from here. They sent in an application two weeks ago only to find the dogs were removed from Petfinder and the website. Then, my father sent in a follow up email, and we received a rude and short response from Suzanne. I can post a screenshot of it. I work with dogs and am so disappointed with how BCAA operates. The least they could do is be respectable to those reaching out to adopt dogs, but, instead, we found we were treated like a nuisance. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed most rescues and shelters act like this so I guess we shouldn’t have expected any better. Shame on BCAA for such poor customer service.
Had to Bail out my Escapee!! Lisa was very courteous and professional. The place was spotless. Shiny even!! ChewChew was so excited to see me he peed and they got right on it and cleaned it up. Everyone was So nice.
Great staff ud83dudc4d friendly and polite very helpful for adoption process of animals.
