My husband bought an anniversary band as a Christmas gift & we went back in today to get it sized. My husband had Bonnie help him last week & he said she was wonderful! Very nice, helpful & great customer service. Today we had Felicia (I believe was her name) & she was very nice, professional & helped me with everything we needed! I'm excited to get the beautufil band back next week!

Total waste of my time regarding their resetting sale. They were more interested in selling you what they have then helping you with your existing setting.

I will no longer buy jewelry here I have always bought my jewelry always kept the lifetime warranty on them needed a chain replaced and they wanted me to repurchase a warranty on it I believe that it should go from one piece of jewelry to the next if it is the same jewelry
