The owner and Emily were in today 10/12/2020. Emily pierced my Rook and Conch and I loved their personality, professionalism and the fact they can carry on amazing conversations like normal fun people. Sterile piercing environment. They made me feel welcome and relaxed. This place is getting all my business from now on.
I came to SoulFire to get my Tragus jewelry changed out after getting them pierced at a place in Portland and getting fed up with the jewelry she used and learned the lady That did my piercings messed up pretty badly! The staff here was so sweet about helping me and explaining things to me I could tell they were genuinely horrified with my experience she cleaned me up and made things much more comfortable for me! I’m so thankful I found them and will definitely be back I can’t recommend them enough super chill vibe there and just all around very nice professional people.
Really amazing shop. Really adamant about cleanliness during the pandemic. Was there for a simple jewelry install but I had to install 9 different pieces. We talked for about a half hour about life and whatnot and then we were done before I knew it. I will definitely be coming back for my future needs. Very friendly and accepting of all walks of life. HALL IS AMAZING!
