Took in some gold & silver I had and was immediately greeted and seen. Had a great conversation, very helpful staff, he asked before taking apart anything or looking more detailed at what I brought in. He explained pricing, weighed everything precisely, and gave me the going rate for gold & silver plus some. I could not have been happier with my service and will go there again for sure!
