I switched over to State Farm recently, with the help of my new agent, Tajuana. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to save me several hundred dollars/mo on my vehicle and homeowners ins policies. I highly recommend this office!

I have had car and home owner's insurance with Star Farm/Melissa Miller for about 6 years. I have had the best experience and would recommend her to anyone. Her assistant Kelsey is usually who I exchange emails with and she is a very kind and understanding person. Anytime I have an issue Kelsey and Melissa do their best to accommodate me and I'm forever grateful. Especially during this difficult time they have gone above and beyond for me. Melissa and Kelsey are great! From buying our first home to changing vehicle policies, they've been nothing but responsive, helpful, and super quick in getting things done. Pre-COVID and post-COVID, it's great knowing I can always stop by. Having to file an insurance claim is never fun, but when I've needed to in the past, it's been painless.
