Wonderful service very kind and helpful every time. Even if I feel like I'm bothering them.
Farmers insurance gave me a quote that was 700 dollars higher than Allstate for far less coverage on my vehicles. I went with Allstate due to the major discrepancy in cost vs benefit. Then I started receiving calls and emails from Brett Custer's office. Daily. I received one from Brett himself, explaining that the quote was unusually high and that he could work to get it down, but it was far too late for that. I asked that they not contact me again, and the calls continued for several weeks. It's now 7 months later and I am still receiving mailers referencing my auto insurance quote with Farmers. I can't imagine that this type of aggressive pursuit of customers is attractive to potential customers.nnFix your quoting software if you really want to get new customers. I was immediately turned off by your sky-high quote, and I'm not interested in spending more of my own time so that you can try to match the better price that Allstate gave me right off the bat.
