Told me they were online it’s been a month and still no registration card was told by another place if they were online I would have walked out with my card not a pink slip. Now month later my old car is still coming up on the dmv when I tried to get a card. Now they won’t refund my money or any help
Not the fanciest place in the world but been doing business with them for years I recommend to family and friends
I wish I could leave a -5 star. Do not go to this place. I would rather drive to the center of the hood in Camden, NJ then go to this place. The woman behind the window was the absolute worst person I ever had to talk to. Everytime I asked a question about the process of what we were doing, or asked her to repeat herself, because I could not hear her over the traffic/her TV in the background and the glass, she would just get even more pissy. Oh, and on top of all that, she totally screwed up everything we were trying to do. Instead of transferring a car from someone to me, the car was transfered to a mixture of my first name and the other owners last name. She transfered a license plate from my other car to this new car. I'm not sure how she did it, but she did. I have it all on paper. And to make things better, I had to pay 120 for this night mare. If I would of walked back into that building, the police would of had to been called, because I was go postal. It's OK though, I'll eat this 120 charge and go to somewhere that actually has common sense, with friendly and competent people.nnIf you wanna feel like a you were taken advantage of, and talked to like a peasant, please go to Pat's Auto Tags...
I called to get info on transferring tags from one car to another and was literally yelled at by an employee, interrupted and dismissed. I WILL NEVER do business with them again
