Frankford Library

The library offers a nice and quite place to study or read. However, the staff is terrible. They don't interact with people let alone being helpful. They make you feel stupid if you ask a question. They just spend their time on their own computers. Always open late, even during heavy rain.

I don’t often go there but I was pleasantly welcomed by an employee, I had the book in my hands in less that 5 minutes.

The worst experience of my life. I have been offended by the cultural way of speaking. how can they have someone who confuses kindness because he wants honors of dialects. I speak to him with respect and kind because I'm like that. I was educated at this time, not with the old way that this server knows. How can you have someone like that in that place, judging me, making me feel inferior, because I looked younger and he was wrong becausr I'm 29 years old. These people should avoid comments . I will never return to that kind of place like that.

This library is the worst. Staff are rude to people. Not welcoming or willing to help, don't do their jobs politely. Their attitude sucks. Staff often have conversations amongst themselves that consists of rude comments towards visitors & callers. Then you got all the drug users visiting the library as well, which can be very annoying, I apologize that I had to say that but it's true. Bathroom nasty, never no hand soap to use. Plus, they often be closed for dumb stuff, which is an inconvenience especially when you really have to do something important. Bottom line, this library sucks!
