Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was helped as soon as I walked into the store. Didn't have to wait very long for paint to be mixed. Will definitely go back when I need paint again.

- Salesperson repeatedly tried to sell me a different color than I wanted.n- Salesperson addressed all questions to the man with me, despite me being the one interacting and buying the paint.n- Felt pressured to buy by hovering and pushy salesperson.n- Paint here is incredibly expensive.nnAs soon as we came in, we were greeted by a salesperson asking what we wanted. I asked for the whitest white, and he gave me two color swatches. I picked the whiter one while the salesperson hovered behind us. He then talked us through the different qualities of paint that they offer.nnTo ask what we wanted, the salesperson stopped making eye contact with me, and looked at my boyfriend to ask the question and await an answer from him. I don't think my boyfriend ever said a word, but he was addressed as the decision maker. The salesperson did this every time a question was asked, despite me being the one who answered the questions.nnThe salesperson also doubted whether I really wanted high gloss, and repeatedly emphasized how shiny it would be. It added to the discomfort of my experience.nnWhen the time came to order, the salesperson really wanted to make the sale immediately. So much so that he repeatedly tried to sell me a lesser white because it's what they had in stock. It seemed that he genuinely didn't care whether we liked what we took home, only that we bought it.nnUltimately, the Sherwin-Williams salesperson's behavior is what drove me to the nearby competing paint store, where I had a much better experience. I do not recommend Sherwin Williams.

They were quick to ask if I needed help, quick to find what I needed, and mixed it perfectly! He even loaded it into my car for me! Your customer service has not faltered at all during a pandemic! Thank you!
