AFC Urgent Care Oregon City

Dr Oldsen was awesome as always! (It's my second interaction with him) he explained everything thoroughly and we didn't feel rushed at all. He made sure we didn't have any questions before we hung up on the video conference. I know how busy all of you are given what's going on. Everyone, from the lady I spoke to on the phone, to the doctor, to the gentleman that took our test at the car were excellent! They were ALL friendly and patient and helpful and it felt they truly cared! I can't say enough about your clinics employees! They are truly valuable amazing people. My test was negative but my daughters was positive . It meant the world to us to be treated with such care and concern by everyone there....from start to finish. Thank you

I gave 3 stars because the staff were good but the company as a whole is terrible.They processed my insurance information wrong and they’re punishing ME for it. I’ve left several messages and been emailing them for months telling them to simply resubmit my insurance information correctly so my insurance can pay them. So far the only response I’ve gotten is that still owe them money. WHICH I DON’T.nnNever going here again.

I came to this location to get some info about COVID19 testing. I am returning to Hawaii in a few weeks, and needed to make sure this location offer a specific type of test that you have to do to avoid 14 day quarantine.nAfter calling and visiting (I had to beg to come in and see someone in person,) a different location in NE Portland, 5 minutes from where I am staying, I left feeling unclear and confused with instructions to call the Oregon City clinic to get answers.nI called and spoke with Josh, who made me feel extremely welcomed. He provided me with clarity, all the answers I was hoping to get, but more than anything - with a peace of mind.nDoing my best on my part, and just to make sure, I drove there today in hopes to speak with someone in person, to make sure one more time - I have all the answers I need - and luckily, Josh greeted me on the phone and was kind enough to invite me in to speak in person. Yet again, Josh was kind, patient and super helpful.nEven though, I could have the exact same test in a location that is only 5 minutes from where I am staying, I'd rather drive all the way to the Oregon City location, knowing that I have Josh there.nnIt may not sound like a big deal, but for some people this kind of customer/guest care - it makes all the difference in the world!nThank you Josh!!!!

Since COVID is such a serious threat to our Nation, AFC Urgent Care have taken appropriate steps to not only have their facilities be a safe and clean atmosphere but also provide the quick testing to help each and every one of their patients. AFC provides services for every person who needs urgent care but also helps many businesses and there employees to have a place to go to when needed. I recommend AFC as their staff and personnel are there to help everyone.

Ok, we all know that things are a bit nutty right now. Stress levels are high, things are tough, bad moods reign but this place was an actual bright spot. Needed a quick refill (provider went out of business) and this clinic had me in and out in under 20 minutes. Everyone was funny, polite and kind. If I am ever in an urgent medical situation again this will be my first stop because they clearly care!
