I was in a car accident, needed to see a doctor for whiplash. Call for two days without any one answering the phone, nor return my calls; They need to hire some people because if you don't provide excellent customer service you are OUT OF BUSINESS...

Endless run around, referrals never sent, frequently disconnected while waiting a half hour to actually speak to someone, Drs rotate out frequently, medical records lost. It was a great clinic until NHC. Finally just moved away from NHC. Too much stress, just changed provider.

I am going to give them a 2 right now. I have been going here for the last several years and have always had great service. I called in early February to get an appointment to follow up on an iron deficiancy found by my kidney specialist. I was told to call in a month. I called today and the earliest appointment the person on the phone indicated was avaialable was 2 months out. This has never happened before. I am not sure that the merger with the Neighborhood Health Center was a good idea. If this is going to continue to happen, I will be looking for a new provider with less wait time. If this was going to be the case, they should have made the appoinment in February, then I might have been able to see her by the end of March instead of the end of April.

2 hour wasted waiting on hold 6 diffent phone calls because they cut you off at 20 mins . Still cant get thru to anyone to get my sick 3 year old in

My husband and I are in our 70's and we have long been looking for someone who is open to more natural treatment than just handing us a prescription (which we seldom take). Hubby had a 5-way bypass several years ago, and by using natural products he is so healthy that his heart doctor no longer even tries to push him to take products he normally would insist on. We had decided that we wanted to try a naturopath, even though our insurance might not cover it, and called OCM ... only to be told that I must see Dr. Eubanks before I can see Dr. Walsh. I was irked, but Medicare paid for Dr. Eubanks, so I went ahead with it. I AM SO GLAD! Both of my visits were fascinating, productive and extremely helpful, and hubby and I are feeling that we finally have doctors who know more than WE do, about actual health care (rather than how to mindlessly follow the suggestions of the pharmaceutical big brother.) THANK YOU, Oregon City Medical !!! I've read the other reviews and see that most of the issues seemed to have to do with the office staff. I'm thinking that they must have new staff, because they treated us well. However ... the office staff could be real duds and it would have all been forgotten by the time I finished seeing any of the 3 doctors we saw! They are all incredible!
