Staff needs to remember that they represent the name on the door. One lady in the office, Debbie, is rude. Thought she was having a bad day. Must be everytime my son comes in. I'm looking for a new dentist.

Awesome dentist! I drive from Vancouver WA and basically my entire family sees him for their mouths. I've never had a problem scheduling and getting in. Dr cook even squeezed me in last minute for a emergency appt and didn't even bill me for my quick exam, antibiotic prescription and oral rinse. His front desk lady can be a little sassy at times but is good at her job and quick--so no complaints. No plans on switching dentist anytime soon. :)

Dr Cook and his staff are phenomenal...makes my family look forward to our visits. I can't recommend him highly enough.
