Went in to have a diamond set into a setting. Gerald exceeded all expectations. He was professional and knowledgeable and honest. I dropped my ring off and he called me within few hours that it was done. I have NEVER come across any jeweler who worked so quickly and flawlessly. I’ll go here for all jewelry needs. 10 stars recommended.
I highly recommend Gerald's Jewelers for all your jewelry needs! Jerry is a talented craftsmen, with attention to detail. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the business from designs and repairs to buying and selling. Jerry truly cares about his customers and his work. I can not say enough good things about him! It was a pleasure to work with him!
Gerald was super friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in my engagement ring and my grandmothers diamond ring to be sized down. I dropped them off at about noon and they were both ready to pick up by 5pm the same day! I had taken my engagement ring to be sized before through Kay at the mall. It took weeks and you could see where it was soldered. The soldering actually broke apart and I almost lost the ring after it went flying off my finger. Gerald's welded the rings together and you can't even tell the rings were sized. I was super impressed with Gerald's work and the speedy service. I won't take my Jewelry anywhere else ever again.
Great placeGeri was so helpful in explaining the different materials the different items that you can order in comparison to diamond versus other materials tungsten versus titanium versus gold great place I would totally recommend them and he was upfront and clear and honest about everything while we were shopping through a catalog he helped another customer and actually recommended that they don’t sell an item to him because they could get a better price somewhere else
I’ve stopped in several times to have jewelry resized. Recently I took my grandmother’s diamond in to have it set in a necklace. It turned out better than I ever hoped for. It is absolutely beautiful. Jerry is great to work with - I highly recommend.
