Franny helped my fiance with my engagement ring which I absolutely love! We went yesterday to pick out a wedding band to go with it and I can't wait to wear them together! I get so many compliments on my ring and I highly recommend this store for quality jewelry at a great price! Franny really gohesi above and beyond and knows her stuff! She's not pushy like the big chain jewelry stores and let's you take your time to pick something you really love! I can't recommend them enough!! Best experience!

If I could give this place no stars and still write a review I would. NEVER go here. Franny was rude, pushy and when I had second thoughts about the ring within less than 12 hours she claimed the ring was already done and ordered and I couldn't change anything. That's not possible. She lied and was obviously just trying to hold onto the sale. She also had the audacity to yell at me over the phone for attempting to cancel or change the order. Who yells at a customer?! Terrible customer service. They were also well over priced. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.
