Good service but not any comfortable seating, just a few hard chairs. Music is WAY too loud and speakers are no where near the service counter. Speakers are next to customer seating. I think employees don't realize that would sounds normal to them is outrageously loud because they are buffered by distance and by the noise they create making drinks. Background music should be just that, not so loud you can't hear the person sitting across the table from you.

I used to come to this location often to get some work done while I have Coffee. Today for the first time in a while I stopped in. I got up and asked a manager and an employee sitting down if they could watch my stuff while I go grab my cell phone charger. The manager replies in a rude manner can you put your mask on when you walk around in here. I tried not to laugh and complied. No other customers were present and the manager and employee did not have mask on sitting 2 ft from each other. Makes Complete sense! I guess back to Ava Coffee.

Clean place, nice employees and everyone wore masks because of the covid. Other than that my order was placed in timely matter. Thank you

I would have given 2-1/2 stars, but that wasn't an option. Although I do *strongly* feel that Starbucks beverages are grossly over-priced, I can't argue that they taste good. I'm not saying they are the best you can get, but they are a nice treat once in a while. One thing I am *very* strongly against is how they put that tip jar out, making customers feel as though we need to tip, too. Starbucks - You rip up off with your outrageous beverage prices, and you still think we want to dig even deeper for a tip, too? I'm not being served at a table, so huh? Forgive my candor, but that's insane!
