They have great customer service and if an order is wrong, they fix it right away.
The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Employees are always super friendly, prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean.
It's fine if you need a soft serve quick fix, but overall I can't recommend Mickey D.
Food is always very good, but they consistently leave things off of the burgers (especially if you add anything).
The young man taking orders today kept interrupting my husband and would not let him complete a sentence without an interruption. They got my order wrong once, asked us to pull ahead so if they could correct it and they brought out the wrong sandwich. We sat waiting for the corrected sandwich for close to 10 minutes. When I called to tell them my order was once again wrong the woman answering the phone claimed she was the manager. She also kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain what had happened. She kept calling me hun which I found very unprofessional. The manager mentioned the GM was there. I cannot believe the crew had such a bad attitude and poor active listening skills while their boss was there.
