Just trashy and dirty outside. Parking is very tight. It would be nice if the store owners and landlord took pride in their establishment. I will not be visiting anymore. We can do so much better but you have to be willing to.

Harbor Freight Tools and all of its employees are the best! Helpful, polite and VERY courteous. I do hope they never leave the Franklin Mills Mall Complex. Thanks again

Harbor Freight has everything and their prices are great. Customer service is excellent. Big Lots is a little unorganized but we always find something that we need. 2nd Ave is hit or miss. The prices have gone way up. It feels and looks like a thrift store but you're not paying thrift store prices unless there is a holiday sale.nParking is ok. A little scary at night when it's empty.
