Good food, and a very decent happy hour menu. The service was pretty slow though. And it's not good for the server to turn her back and walk away from the customers while they're still talking. This happened more than once.

I've always loved this place. Seems like they are having a hard time keeping employees the last year or so. The food isn't as good. The servers are overworked, and of course not up to par. I live in the area and deliver for a food delivery to make ends meet. Last Wednesday was a complete mess. Took me about an hour and a half to get the order. I ended up with 22 dollars for my 2 hour block because of Coops.

What an absolute disgrace. I place a to go order this evening for two wraps and a burger. Quite a simple order. The lady was very pleasant over the phone and told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I give them a grace. And showed up 17 minutes later. Waited for about 5 to 6 minutes before even being asked if I needed help. When I told him I had to go order they said well typically it gets brought up front so obviously isn't ready yet. I proceeded to wait 35 total minutes from the initial order time only to be met with three completely cold meals. Sad sad sad. Not to mention that it's $41 for three meals. And it was over $70 to get it ordered through delivery services. Absolutely proposterous. Don't waste your time ordering to go or for delivery, Burgerville will put out a better meal for much cheaper. not sure why they would even bother asking how I like my burger cooked if it was going to come cold anyways. On top of that I didn't even order tots I ordered fries with my burger. Looks like the meals going in the microwave when I get home. ud83eudd22

I have ordered 3 times from here 3 times since June, each time the food was a little worse but this is too much....Never again. Utterly unacceptable service and good quality. Ordered food for family at 6:30 pm. Received delivery 8:30pm...COLD!! My Clubhouse sandwich was no better than some Safeway sliced meat stuck in some stale bread. The children’s Mac & Cheese was a small little plastic cup of box Mac & cheese topped with greasy melted cheese!
