We have a great library system in Bucks County. Several ways to improve it include, building a larger catalog, increasing the number of renewals, and informing members of how many renewals are left. In this last way, patrons would better know, whether they really needed to return a book ahead of time, or had a renewal left. Staff friendliness has improved. Implementing these suggestions would increase the quality of all Bucks libraries and imply a 5 star rating.
Always enjoy coming here. I will buy their books and read them and move them on to others.
Very nice Assistant and helpful looking for books
I went here back in 2012 to get my passport renewed and the lady who helped me was super sweet, nice lady and very helpful in answering my questions. And that is the only reason I'm giving at lease two stars. I was just there last week to have my name changed to my married name on my passport and a younger girl “helped” me. She was rude and condescending and not helpful at all. This is not the right job for her. She should not have a job working with people because clearly she doesn't have people skills.
Great place to bring with kids they just remodeled which is good .very good selections of books .and brain building games .also have place to renew passport .many more.i will suggest to go there N have experience
