The staff and jeweler treated me very well here! They were very precise and accurate at resizing my three invicta watches and wrist links were removed at a nice price! Good communication because the lady called me right back and on time to say my adjusted watches were ready for pick up!nnDr. Jose N
Customer service is awful.nFrom the lady that works outside to the Asian big guy that work inside. Not only refused to give me my money back but also to not test a chain that I brought.nnResponse to owners response.nYou did seem like tough brave man but lying has nothing of braveness.nThe lady was busy, I came for cheap service ( test a chain) of course 7 dollars wasn’t more important than a sale of 100 or more. Understood that my business wasn’t being appreciated and I couldn’t take the attitude of the lady so I said “ I don’t want it anymore, give me the money back”. Big Asian boy comes out and say, “ we are not doing this for 7 dollars, here take your money back, matter of fact take 10” I said . I don’t need your 10 give me my 7 back. Big Asian boy said don’t give the money back and doesn’t test the chain.nGet your lawyers ready

I stopped into this place trying to kill some time while my GF was fulfilling her shopping addiction. I walked in and started chatting with a gentlemen named Howard. I showed him a picture of a piece of jewelry I was interested in but couldn’t find ANYWHERE. He was able to make exactly what I wanted and it turned out amazing.nn*Highly Recommended**
