The Highland Stillhouse

Their fish and chips are amazing. Really nice view from their patio. Only complaint was the service was pretty slow but other than that, the inside is Scottish theme, very old and cool vibe. Worth checking out!

An interesting place to be sure. Outdoor seating was nice and I loved the service we had. I had their Scottish ale which was delightful and ordered the deep fried mushroom appetizer. I received about twice as many mushrooms than I expected for the $11 that I paid which I was overjoyed to see. I've never been on the lower floor but I did pass through the upper floor to get to the restroom and all I can say is that I would not recommend dining indoors on the second floor. It felt a little like what I imagine walking through a late 1800s gentleman's club would be like. All in all and interesting and fun experience and I look forward to going back and trying some of the other ales and entrees.

Great local pub. The food is very good, but their whiskey selection is amazing. Warm friendly service as well.

Came in late afternoon on a Tuesday, hardly anyone there, was able to easily find a comfortable place to sit. Service was great and attentive. The mushrooms were excellent but the real star was the bread pudding, delicious!

Best Gluten fish and chips around!
