Wow. I have been going to this store for about 4 years. Today will be the last day. At 6 am I pull up to a gas pump to quickly get some drinks before I go to work. I am then told by Michael (very rudely) to pull to a parking spot and he can't ring me up if I don't. New policy. Let's just say I'm done with this store. Watch what you buy here as well. All the prices are wrong. If you don't tell them the prices. You will be charged. Management. You just lost two very loyal customers that live less than a football field away.

Quick in and out. Friendly service. Had what I was looking for.

New owner a joke super lazy and incompetent, out of stock items going on a month now.

When this station first changed ownership a couple years ago it was great. Friendly staff and right there to help.nHowever, the last three trips to their propane tank has not been that great of a customer experience. I discount the first time as maybe it being me but not three times in a row. It seems that no one there wants to deal with the filling of propane tanks and they literally ignore whoever is standing over there. On 2/9 I waited for about five to eight minutes in the cold and watched one attendant look over at me and then acted as though he couldn't see me and then stood there doing nothing while appearing to wait for the pump to finish filling a vehicle. The second another vehicle pulled in he quickly busied himself with that vehicle.nI walked into the store to ask the gentlemen inside if there was someone who could help me and if so how long of a wait could I expect. He was very defensive and kept saying I have two guys out there. I only seen the one guy. I couldn't get a straight answer from him so I loaded my tank up and went down the road where they were more than happy to help me fill the propane tank.nSince this is the third time I've had this type of experience there and with there being plenty of other businesses selling gas and propane then I'll just continue to go else where. I'll also be sure to warn others that I know about the lack of customer service when it comes to filling propane tanks at the Oregon City Shell station.

Michael is pretty rude. And from what I’ve heard ,likes to hang out with small children.everytime a new owner buys the place .the crew gets weirder and weirder. And on top of it,just rude and very unprofessional for a place of business.
