You NEVER get a second chance to make s FIRST impression. The RECEPTIONIST (Megan) lacks patience and the ability to listen and understand. Defensive and argumentative. Qiuck to accuse the customer of ill intentions. This is teally disturbing and upsetting. I already don't trust this organization! Not cool...
