My hearing center has been so helpful and always available for me to get answers to my questions and they fill me in with an appointment whenever I need one they are very kind and explain how everything works in detail so that you understand it, they will make the product work for you not you work for the product.
Visiting from Arkansas and had forgotten my wax protectors. Went into My Hearing Center in La Grande, OR. Great people and went over board to help me. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Being hard of hearing is not easy, so it's especially nice to find a place where you feel comfortable going and where the person helping you is really wanting to help you. I would encourage anyone to visit My Hearing Center in Baker City and check them out for yourself.
Treated me very well. No disrespect shown me for either questions asked or hard of hearing I am. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me.
They are super friendly, open and honest about expectations. They are not pushy and open to hearing your concerns .nThank you for caring .
