In the world of contractors, floor layers, electricians, plumbers, they are notoriously known for being late, not following through, etc. But this is not the case with my experience with Carpet One. I couldn't have asked for better experience! Sam helped me with the finding the tile and groat, Brady installed it for us. Brady arrived early enough that I was on time to work!!! THAT NEVER HAPPENS! He did an amazing job, it is flawless! And I honestly was having a hard time with my contractor, and Sam was amazing enough to bring me a bottle of wine to put me at ease. The amount of professionalism provided by all members of Carpet One has made all of it worth it! I would like to especially thank Sam & Brady for their hard work and true dedication in every sense of the word. You just don't find this service anymore, and it was greatly appreciated!

We are thrilled with the help that Ann at Carpet One gave us during our kitchen remodel last year. We explained to her our color pallet and type of flooring we were looking for and asked her to keep an eye out for a porcelain tile that would work for us. True to her word, she called us back and told us that there was a tile that she thought we would like and it was ON SALE at a great price! After we saw a sample, she ordered the perfect amount for our space. My husband did the install and our floor looks great! Ann was professional, personable, and has a great eye for color. We are grateful that she helped us find a great quality tile at a price that came in UNDER our budgeted amount for flooring! Thanks, Ann!

We recently purchased 700 sq ft of EZ Plank flooring from Chris at Carpet One in Baker, Oregon. From start to finish it has been the easiest project we have ever had finished. We are about 2.5 hrs from the store. Chris and his team stayed in constant contact with us till our project was completed. I can't say enough about Steve and the crew that installed our flooring. Very professional, fast and courteous. Everything you want in contractors but seldom get. We will look to them first for our next purchase of flooring.

I have been a customer of CarpetOne for years, mainly just for odds and ends on a variety of craft projects. The customer service has always been incredible and I have never left unsatisfied. Several times I have went in with “half done” projects and if they didn’t have the same product in store they were always able to order. I would highly recommend them not only for their customer service but they are also very reasonably priced.

Carpet One was wonderful. Great service and a huge selection of flooring options. We chose wool carpet and vinyl plank....and are so happy with how it all came together!
