Judges are very old school and not very fair in my opinion. Also tend to side with the mother in custody cases. I'm also disappointed that there are no grandparent laws in place for Baker County.
They have judges that are out of date and have no respect for mothers. They sentenced a mom to 7 years in prison and made her a sex offender because she breat fed her infant daughter. And the judge Walter Chapman completely agreed with his ruling. They know they have corrupt judges and that their laws are inhuman yet they continue with it. Someone really needs to check this court out because they are the most corrupt in the system. This is not a house of law but a house of lies centered around personal profit and gain NEVER GO HERE. They will ruin your life for extra money in their pockets.
