I visited recently to buy a gift for my daughter's birthday. It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and my daughter loved her gift.nnRight now with covid restrictions and because the store is so small only 2 customers are allowed in at a time.

Good morning, I was in town on vacation just last week visiting my parents in Cherryhill NJ. Went to the mall so I could purchase something for my mom. I walk in and apparently my facemask was a just a bit below my nose. Well as soon as I walked in DANA rudely hollered from across the store SIR PUT YOUR MASK ON RIGHT and then she turned around, no please or excuse me, just rudely just looked the other way! I understand stand what's going on in this world and the Covid19 we have to care for everyone, but to be so nasty and rude. So my GF decided to buy something and she wasn't friendly, rude again and no personality at all. I'm a GM here in NM and if one of my employees were to talk or even try anything nasty with the company customer they are OUT! I will definitely take this further. I don't need this DANA talking to me or anyone like that! Thank you!

Received a pen as a gift, easily cost at least $50 with a sale. Thought it was beautiful and left it on my desk and rarely used it. i never let it leave the room in fear of it getting lost. Since everything is digital, I used it a handful of times ofter the past 3 years. suddenly the part that turn to hold the pen tip. stopped working. bout a new refill for the ink hoping that would fix it. when that didnt work I reached out to Swarovski customer service and was told it was out of warranty with no options. Asked if a replacement part could be ordered. offered to pay for the part, none were possible.nn$50 for a pen may not be a lot to some but it is to me and i can not justify repurchasing an expensive pen when the first one was barely used.nnI am very disappointed that swaovski does not do a better job of standing behind their products. I am definitely regretting making past purchases and doubt I will be making new ones.
