Went to the Cherry Hill Mall location in New Jersey to buy dresses for my daughter and her team for Women’s Henley Regatta located in Oxfordshire, England, what was supposed to be fun experience, ended being a nightmare!nnFirst, I bought 2 different dresses styles for my daughter to try on in 2 different sizes for a totally of 4 dresses. When she decided on what dress she liked, I kept those two and I returned the other dress dress style only to find out that they charge me for me for three of the same dress and only one of the dress I needed to return. At first they were reluctant to return the dress at all, but they finally they did return the dress.nnI needed to purchase 5 more dress, but wasn’t sure on the sizes, so I ended up purchasing different sizes in the same dress online ( I ended up with 11 dresses total, but knew I would only be keeping six) The dresses were delivered to my home on a Monday, which I opened up and hung on hangers. Tuesday, we had a try on session with the remaining girls to pick out the correct sizes and on Wednesday, I went back to the Cherry Hill Mall location in New Jersey to return the 5 dresses I didn’t need. They would only return 4 of the dresses, because one dress had a price tag held on the white thread and it had a stain on the front. Shame on me for not checking the garment, when I opened it....When I went to return it, the manager refused to return the dress, and I tried to explain to her that the dress came like that and she said “ I’ve been here for 7 years and I know that we would never put the tag on like this”. Again, I tried to explain to her that the dress came this way, and with out directly calling me a liar, that is basically what she did! I told her you know what, you can keep the dress I can’t return and she said I should keep it because she can’t resell it and I might want to wear it! Really?! It has a big stain on it and I kept 6 other dresses! I told her really I don’t want it, I have all of the dresses I need and the company can keep the stained dress they sent me! I told her I will never shop in the store again! Nor will I shop in any store that is owned by the parent company and I will make sure to tell my experience to everyone I know!

Excellent customer service! Beautiful clothes! And great discounts! Today was my first time but I will become a regular.

I had never shopped here before but my sister bought me a dress that I wanted to exchange (because it was a gross polyester material). Even with tags on the dress and saying it was a gift, they refused to exchange it for store credit to get something more my style. This is terrible customer service. I won’t be back.

I’m giving 1 star only because I’m forced to! I never thought I would experience such low customer service at a high end store! I will never shop here again. I purchased a black jumpsuit to attend my girlfriends 40th Birthday Party. I got dressed and drove 30 minutes to the venue. When I got out of my car my friend said I think there’s a hole in the back of your outfit. The threads were so poorly sewn, there was a 2” hole in the back. I was furious!!! I had to drive back home to change! Missing more than half of my girlfriend’s 40th Birthday Celebration! Next day I went straight to the WHBM location in The Cherry Hill Mall where the item was originally purchased. Leslie Ann explained to be I could not return the item because it was worn! Seriously!!! I immediately called customer service and explained the situation and asked if a phone call could be made to the store to speak with Leslie Ann. Customer Service had no problem making the phone call. After the phone call ended with customer service and Leslie Ann, Leslie said she was going to make a one time exception. Really!!! Thanks Leslie for taking back your defective piece of clothing with an attitude!!! I will never again shop here!!!
