I am not writing this review about the store experience. I am writing about my first online experience. I have to start by saying all over my jewelry is from Kay! From my first necklace and earrings set to my engagement ring to my updated engagement ring, etc. My husband has been buying me jewelry from Kay for years! My birthday was on 11/12, my husband gave me his phone and said order whatever you want. I looked and looked and finally found what I wanted. On 11/15, I purchased 3 sets of earrings and 3 necklaces. Yesterday, 11/20, I get a email stating 2 sets of earrings were cancelled due to low inventory. So now I’m a little upset, but I tried to find something else. I couldn’t find anything yesterday so I looked again today. Both sets of earrings were now available! So I reach out to customer service to purchase them since I wanted to use a coupon. I was on the phone for an hour and a half. They could not figure out why the coupon wasn’t working, they would not remedy the situation. Nothing! I don’t understand why this happened in the first place, how does an item get cancelled due to not being in stock and become in stock the very next day, nor do I understand why it is so difficult to fix the situation! I’m completely disappointed with Kay Jewelers right now and am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere!

The lady refused to do an exchange for me. An anklet I wore once broke, I only had it for 2 weeks. I went to another Kay’s and they did it with no problem. Older white lady was rude.

My experience is base on today visit.. my husband and I went to look at some new wedding rings and a get a price but none of the employees working there acknowledge us so we left..

I went there to look for another item for my wife and ran into probably one of the best sales reps out there (Dina) From the moment i walked in i was greeted very nicely and was shown the best customer service. Dina found out what i was looking for even when i had no idea lol. When i told her i had no idea she didn't get discouraged or make me feel like i was wasting her time she helped me pick out a great necklace for my wife. I write this review because i am the manager of a car dealership and meet and see a bunch of people everyday both customers and my employees. In my 13 years of being in sales i believe she is one of the greats!! When someone gets an employee like her they need to hold on to them for as long as they can because they make there store and managers look great. Thank you again to Dina for making this the best experience. 1 last thing she explained to me that i could apply for a Kay card etc (i did and used it for my purchase) but she was very knowledgeable about it and fully explained it to me. Thank you again and i hope her boss sees this and recognizes her for her great job.
