Store was beautiful, organized, clean. Staff were very helpful and provided complimentary water as my bag was monogrammed. I bought a tote in pebble black with a matching wallet. Free initial engraving on products purchased which was a nice and unexpected service. The staff were honest about which bags would have the best longevity when monogramming. You cannot beat the cleanings for life and warranty for broken hardware. Purchase was wrapped in dust bag and can be wrapped as gifts in store. Professional and fast. I will definitely return to this store. Their designs go from classic to trendy. They experiment with local artists, up and coming designers so you will get some eclectic options but classic totes in beautiful colors and strong hardware is a staple as well. It’s nice to see they mix it up.
