I was in over the weekend to look for an upgraded ring. When I asked to see the ring and to try it on the older blonde hair women just snatched the ring out of my hand. I felt looked down upon and as if she felt I was going to steal it. I can honestly say I have never felt so uncomfortable at a jewelry store!

If I could give 0 rating I would. A few months ago I shopping around for a wedding band for my fiance and for myself. There was an older man there and he took forever to come greet and show me some rings (they were empty). I'm mixed and my mother is black and we were together. The man helping us was so busy rolling his eyes and acting like we couldn't afford anything in the store, even made a comment about getting rings customized costing too much money. Like I'm poor or something, so I walked my annoyed self over to Kay's and brought my wedding band and finances there. Horrible customer service, and if you look younger they will mistreat you.

I am so happy I went to the Littman Jewelers at the Moorestown Mall. First, I went to the Littman Jewelers at the Cherry Hill Mall and they were not helpful. Leisa and Cristina (Cris) at the Moorestown Mall Littman Jewelers were absolutely amazing! I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with them. I went into Littman to upgrade my engagement ring to get something completely different (Long story, but we never got married the first time and now we are eloping) . They didn't have what I was looking for at the store, but they reassured me that they could make it happen and they did! We created my ring from scratch. They both listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for, and at the same time offered me valuable and knowledgeable information. They completed research on their inventory outside of the store, had diamonds brought in for me to look at, and sent me pictures of the finished product to verify I was happy with the way everything looked. They both truly went above and beyond. It was so nice to work with two people that cared about me. I am so excited to see my ring. I can't wait for it to be finished. Thank you again for all of your help and for making this a reality!
